The role of Kairos Travel
Kairos Travel is a travel advisory and introduction brand. Lord of Swiss SA designs travel projects with the traveller, selects a local operator and passes the request on to that operator.
Lord of Swiss SA does not organise the journeys presented on this website and does not carry them out. The travel organiser is a local operator, named individually in every quotation and in every booking confirmation. For journeys to Egypt, the organiser is Travco Travel Company of Egypt, Cairo.
Lord of Swiss SA does not collect the price of the journey. The traveller pays the organiser directly, on the terms communicated before the travel contract is concluded.
The precise extent of the commitments given by Lord of Swiss SA and of those given by the organiser is set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Guarantees and insurance
Lord of Swiss SA never holds the sums paid by the traveller for the journey. Those sums are paid directly to the organiser. Lord of Swiss SA therefore provides no refund guarantee and no repatriation guarantee in respect of them. The applicable guarantees are those of the organiser, which are communicated to the traveller before the travel contract is concluded.
The traveller may ask the organiser for evidence of the safeguards it provides, before concluding the travel contract.
Intellectual property
All content on kairos-travel.ch, including text, images, video, illustrations, logos and trade marks, is protected by Swiss law and by the international conventions on intellectual property. The "Kairos Travel" brand is operated by Lord of Swiss SA.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or transmission, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
