1. We get to know your plans
Share your ideas, dates and useful details about your travelling party. We discuss the stops, pace and comfort you have in mind to guide the programme.
2. You receive a proposal
We prepare your plans with our local partner in Egypt. The proposal sets out the selected services, price, inclusions, exclusions and confirmation conditions. You can request adjustments before committing.
3. You confirm with the operator
The travel contract is concluded with the local operator named in the quotation. Payment is made directly to that operator, under the terms set out in your quotation. Review the applicable amendment, cancellation and guarantee provisions before confirming.
4. The details are prepared
Travel information and useful contacts help you prepare for departure. The operator delivers the services on the ground. Kairos Travel remains your contact in Switzerland to follow your file and liaise with the operator.
